Information

What services do we offer?

Our team is available for flexible 24/7 caregiver support coverage. We also offer temporary service for situations such as surgery, illness or hospitalizations. Whether you need occasional respite for family caregivers or help with adapting to more intensive, involved needs, our passionate team members and hand tailored contracts allow accommodations for your budget and care needs.

What makes us unique?

The members of our founding care team consisted of three highly skilled professionals: Abby, a student nurse, who brought a wealth of personal caregiving experience, having dedicatedly served a family member with Parkinson's disease. Kayley, a direct care advocate and aide, with over fifteen years of outstanding work, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting. Lastly, our team is enriched by the expertise of our founder, Leah, a former domestic violence counselor and advocate, who holds a degree in Human Services and in more recent years has garnered extensive experience as a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a rehabilitation and long-term care facility, and obtained a PCAB Patient Advocate Certificate.

In addition to our full time staff, we employ individuals on an as needed, part time basis. Any PCA or CNA that joins our team is required to hold a Basic Life Support certificate, as well as partaking in the MA.gov PCHAST training for Home Caregivers. Every team member must complete a thorough background check prior to employment. We take the safety and autonomy of our clients and their families seriously. Our approach is family-focused. We treat all of your loved ones with the same care and compassion as if they were our own, with respect, dignity, and ensured trust.
